Shipping Times
- Our standard turnaround time for shipping is 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This timeframe includes order processing and transit time. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status using this number on the carrier’s website.
Delays and Issues
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
We encourage all customers to plan ahead and place orders early, especially for time-sensitive gifts or events. We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
- Orders involved in chargebacks forfeit delivery rights. Packages may be intercepted or legally required to be returned.
